General Tips for Purusharth

We received an email written by a sister who is already in Gyan. They discussed about their personal family situation where they are trying their best to walk in the path of Shrimat. Here they asked for some advice to overcome or resolve the opposition for Gyan in family.

It is known that such things will happen. Some will oppose. But with time, majority has become like minded with Baba’s shrimat. Now, many comes to find peace and they get it at centres or by RajYog. Then they say – ‘Brahma Kumari are doing good for the world.’

But our actual aim is to GIVE THE KNOWLEDGE that we are learning from Shiv baba. So this remains to be done.

Shrimat is not to leave the family. There is a reason why this is said. If you simply leave, then the Karmic account still remains. First finish the accounts and then leave.

HOW?

Yog bal – With the constant yog with Supreme soul, we can end our past karmic bondages. Soul becomes pure. Yaad is major subject.

Taking Money at a BK centre

An email as to report an activity going on a BK centre – A Sister was taking money in the name of Brahma Kumaris and events management. Here was our response and guidance for the asker and his family who is a faithful child of Shiv baba, a regular godly student.

This is for your kind information that my mother used to go in local om shanti center in near by area from last 1yr, and feel like those Didi’s are available in the center ,force almost everyone to give more then required money to them for going to mount Abu or any near by City like they are going to gurgaon tomorrow i.e. 20/9/2018 for janki Dadi satsang, they almost made my mother cry for not agreeing to give dakshina amount of RS. 500 exactly in addition to convince, and daily they make people feel insulted by any of the reasons.

I just want to know is it necessary to give dakshina exactly you want, is this thing is in policy of brahma kumaris?

Your letter is received by us. You are received.

No Gaurav, it is not permitted by Shiv baba to demand money, not even a single rupee for any cause. It is law within our family of Brahma Kumari and Kumar, to arrange money for service by ourself. We never should ask anyone from outside for money. They may give a room for daily murli class.

Money should not be asked. But if those sisters at any centre are doing this, they are doing a GREAT disservice in Yagya. They are unaware of God has come. They should and will be punished. While you or me are not a judge to announce the judgement. There are many things we do not know – Why do a good soul does an inaccurate karma? There must be a reason. But surely now as we have knowledge of both good and bad, we must choose the good always. The purpose of this knowledge given by the God father (Shiv baba) is also to make us pure and divine souls, which we were initially.

All souls are pure and perfect when they first come into the corporeal world (to play their part in World Drama). Then they do karma and according to their karma is decided their next birth. No one goes back until the end of the cycle. Now is that great time of ”transformation”

Also know that there are very very few complaints like this. Because mostly we know that all surrendered sisters (or say most of them) are selflessly serving.

But yet, it is certainly possible that such a wrong person may have entered the centre who is going against the Shrimat.

I surely know the present condition of some Baba’s centres. Some souls are being living at centres but not following the Shrimat of Shiv Baba (God). But do you know more? Only 5% of such souls exist. 90 to 95% are making efforts according to the shrimat by their own extent – to transform the self first and then guide brothers and sisters.

Mount Abu Accommodation

Dear Divine Sister

You are welcome to visit the centre (Madhuban) and take the course also. You may also do 2 or 3 days Bhatti (you will know when you come here and ask someone). However the ashram is NOT for anyone. It is only for regular Godly students. But you can come and know if a room is available. The 7 day course is for everyone new – you can come with family.

For this, you can come anytime. Doors are always open. However, because you are not a member of the brahman family (you are not surrendered at a BK centre), you have to arrange the stay. There are many hotels nearby.

However, if you and your family wish to take the course, ask someone and you may be allowed to live in ashram also. There are strict Guidelines for those who wish to stay in madhuban. You must follow the below procedure.

1. First of all you must attend 7 days Rajyoga meditation course either online or at your nearest brahma kumaris center (recommended). All your worries will vanish at this step only as you will know the purpose of your life.

2. Take care of your food and water intake. This is because whatever we eat we become.

First of all we must clear our minds with the very true fact that ‘Our Karma leads us to our Destiny’. No matter what we plan, decide, or foresee but our past karma will reap what we have sown.. So everyone we meet through the journey of our lives are the product of our Karmic Accounts.

Only a Gyani and Yogi have the power to turn their Destiny because they have Shivbaba and power of Yog. But there’s an exception to this too i.e the Gyan of Drama.. what is fixed in Drama will happen.

As far as the choices of your children are considered.. You must keep this in your mind that their (your children’s) karmic accounts will pull them to the path of settlement.. So be it a marriage in other caste or whatsoever like that. You are here powerless. You can’t control anyone but yourself.. you can only control and change the line of your own thoughts.. You can’t interfere in anyone else’s Karmic Accounts.

We understand, as you said, you belong to conservative Hindu background and it becomes difficult to accept leave alone inter caste marriages but even love marriages.

You must understand and accept lovingly everyone because we are all are souls. Every soul in the world are child of one God ( incorporeal God Shiva). Your ‘to be daughter in law or son in law from other caste’ are a Soul. And if your children choose to marry them – it is their Karmic Accounts pulling them.. and at the end parents want their children to be happy.. So you should not go against your kids. Let them choose.

1. Culture and upbringing of other soul

2. Food habits (veg/non veg)

3. Less or no knowledge of family’s background

4. No power to control an adverse situation, as is no common relative/intermediary, in case of some issues

5. For the male family, no or less dowry (though dowry system is banned) & is the wife of adjusting nature or not?

6. For females, if other family is safe for her and is accepting her?

7. What other people in our society say or think or react about this?

They may be other reason bothering you or some of these.

Parents, Career and Love

In present time, many students are falling in the chapters of love. On one hand they have lots of burden of education and hence their parents wish them to study properly and get good marks and live a good life. Due to stress, some children may take help of chatting with friends so as to lighten their mind. But if they engage more time on phone, it is n good for anything. I am a 12th CBSE board student and I am from Almora, Uttarakhand. I have recently given my board exams and feel nervous and anxious about results. My parents are caring but I feel irritated as they always keep an eye on me and also love a guy who is also in 12th but from different school. We love each other and want to spend our time together. So it’s always through phone we get connected via calls and chats and my parents always scold me for being addicted to phone. When I am depressed or sad just by talking to him I find peace. But because of present environment, parent’s job related tensions and children’s burden of study (due to education system) – parents also fail to understand that life is to live – to enjoy every moment – not to live in tension of future -which is unknown and unpredictable. There is a saying ‘Do your best and become a carefree emperor.” You can only do your best when you are in your best stage – complete peace, love and joyful stage. I’m working on me, understanding and crossing life situations with spiritual knowledge. I intend to remove my negative Sanskars and use original ones only. I must say I’m much successful in eliminating high intensity reaction I used earlier. There still comes atleast one situation in a day I fail in my mission and register either some hurt inside not saying it out and rarely a mild argument or entangling. This demotivates me sometimes. Help me in removing that rare time situation in day too so I emerge inner beauty completely forever.

Good morning

You intend to remove weaknesses. That you said you have success in removing many weakness. This is a guidance letter for you. Please read with total ATTENTION.

In essence, the way of self transformation is Shiv baba’s Murli. So listen the murli everyday and take notes. Work on that. See what baba explained today – what Purusharth is needed to be done. Even my personal experience says – Murli gives answer to all our questions.

You can also follow below points:

1. It is very easy to give up big weaknesses which are clearly visible. But to remove even those small weaknesses and mistakes – requires a ”divine intellect”. 3. Do GOOD KARMA everyday. This is a way everyone can and should follow. Do a karma everyday that reflects your original nature (peace, purity, love, bliss). Empower another soul/s or guide them also towards the supreme soul. Help someone with good thoughts (sakash or dhristi), words or action.

What will this do for you?

This will create a sense of greatness within you – this will sit on your intellect now and every time you are going wrong or are in a difficult situation where let’s say you face something – this image of yourself (as a divine soul, a helper, a lover and an enjoyer (bliss)) shall emerge and this feeling will take you out of ANY situation. So it is simply said that YOUR GOOD KARMA will help you in future. Such deep is the law. You do good, you get good.

4. Today telling you this secret – Soul acts out in feelings. Feelings however have no language – feeling are mainly divided in 2 parts:

1. Love (attraction) 2. hate (repulsion).

One can either attract something or repel. However, you are feeling within shall be reflected in action. So the feelings should be ‘pure’ for all souls. Feelings are translated into thoughts -> into words. Our words can empower a needful soul and also can defeat a needful soul. Just as these written words are empowerment for you.

We all are in a journey of self transformation in which there is always a need to check our weakness and hence to change – baba says ”look yourself in a mirror”. Not in a physical mirrir, but in the mirror of intellect. Look your chalan (manners). Are you acting out thinking yourself as a soul? If no, then the action is not accurate. Soul consciousness is the key to all treasures.
