“मीठे बच्चे – मायाजीत बनने के लिए ग़फलत करना छोड़ो, दु:ख देना और दु:ख लेना – यह बहुत बड़ी ग़फलत है, जो तुम बच्चों को नहीं करनी चाहिए”

Q- बाप की हम सब बच्चों के प्रति कौन-सी एक आश है?

A- बाप की आश है कि मेरे सभी बच्चे मेरे समान एवर प्योर बन जायें। बाप एवर गोरा है, वह आया है बच्चों को काले से गोरा बनाने। माया काला बनाती, बाप गोरा बनाते हैं। लक्ष्मी-नारायण गोरे हैं, तब काले पतित मनुष्य जाकर उनकी महिमा गाते हैं, अपने को नीच समझते हैं। बाप की श्रीमत अब मिलती है – मीठे बच्चे, अब गोरा सतोप्रधान बनने का पुरूषार्थ करो।

Dharna

1) यह टाइम मोस्ट वैल्युबल है, इसमें ही पुरूषार्थ कर बाप पर पूरा वारी जाना है। दैवी गुण धारण करने है। कोई प्रकार की ग़फलत नहीं करनी है। एक बाप की मत पर चलना है।—–

2) एम आब्जेक्ट को सामने रख बहुत खबरदारी से चलना है। आत्मा को सतोप्रधान पवित्र बनाने की मेहनत करनी है। अन्दर में जो भी दाग़ हैं, उन्हें जांच कर निकालना है।

Vardaan

ब्राह्मण जीवन में सदा खुशी की खुराक खाने और खुशी बांटने वाले खुशनसीब भव—–इस दुनिया में आप ब्राह्मणों जैसा खुशनसीब कोई हो नहीं सकता क्योंकि इस जीवन में ही आप सबको बापदादा का दिलतख्त मिलता है। सदा खुशी की खुराक खाते हो और खुशी बांटते हो। इस समय बेफिक्र बादशाह हो। ऐसी बेफिक्र जीवन सारे कल्प में और किसी भी युग में नहीं है। सतयुग में बेफिक्र होंगे लेकिन वहाँ ज्ञान नहीं होगा, अभी आपको ज्ञान है इसलिए दिल से निकलता है मेरे जैसा खुशनसीब कोई नहीं।

होली का उत्सव भारत में बड़े उत्साह से मनाया जाता है। होली का आध्यात्मिक मतलब यही है की – आत्मा holy (पवित्र) बनती है। कैसे? – परमपिता परमात्मा के साथ मिलान (योग) होने से। फिर यह भी मतलब है की ”जो बात हो-ली उसे भूलो और जीवन में आगे बड़ो – बीत गयी सो बात गयी”

होली के दिन हम अपनी पुराणी चीजों को, कीचड़ से बानी चीजों को अग्नि में डालते है – इसका अर्थ है – ”अपने पुराने स्वाभाव संस्कार को योग की अग्नि में भस्म (ख़तम) कर देना, अर्थात पवित्र बनना”

अर्थात पहले अपनी आत्मा को योग से पवित्र बनाना और फिर परमात्मा से मिलान मानना।

सभी प्रिय दैवी भाइयों और बहनों को होली पर्व की हार्दिक बधाई

आज सारा विश्व दुःख की होली खेल रहा है क्योंकि सभी एक दूसरे पर पांच विकारों व उनके वंशों के रंगों की बौछार कर रहे हैं । कोई काम का रंग, कोई क्रोध का रंग, कोई लोभ का तो कोई मोह के रंग से रंग रहा है, स्वार्थ, इर्ष्या, द्वेष, घृणा, अमानवता, आकर्षण और आवश्यकता के सूक्ष्म रंग से तो अधिकतर कोई बचा ही नहीं है । इन सबके मूल में है देह अभिमान का रंग जिसके कारण आज आत्मा बदरंग हो गयी है ।

उसका ओरिजिनल ( वास्तविक ) गुण रूपी रंग जो ज्ञान, शान्ति, प्रेम, सुख, पवित्रता, शक्ति, आनंद का है वह छिप गया है और ऊपर यह विकारों का कीचड़ आ गया है । तो आओ इस नयी दुनिया के आगमन के पहले सभी को आत्मिक रंगों से रंगकर सारे विश्व को आत्ममय बनायें । यह आत्मिक रंग एक परमात्मा के सत्संग द्वारा प्राप्त होती है । शिव परमात्म पिता नयी दुनिया के स्थापनार्थ कल्प कल्प संगमयुग में अवतरित होकर अपने आत्मा रूपी बच्चों को अपने संग के रंग से रंगकर आप समान पवित्र बना देते हैं । यही है सच्ची होली मनाना । लेकिन होली बनने वा होली मनाने के लिए पहलेअपवित्रता, बुराई को भस्म करना होगा । भिन्न भिन्न भाव भूलकर एक ही परिवार के हैं, एक ही समान याने भाई भाई की वृत्ति रखनी होगी तभी ही अविनाशी रंग का अनुभव कर सकेंगे । जब तक अपवित्रता, बुराई को भस्म नहीं किया है तब तक पवित्रता का रंग चढ़ नहीं सकता है ।

* मुरली के मनमनाभव शब्द का यथार्थ अर्थ *

मनमनाभव होना ही सबसे बड़ा मनोरंजन है क्योंकि सर्व सम्बन्धो का रस वा अनुभूतियां करना ही मनमनाभव है। सिर्फ बाप ,टीचर ,सतगुरु के रूप में नही बल्कि सर्व सम्बन्धो के स्नेह का अनुभव कर सकते हो लेकिन फर्क क्यों पड़ जाता है?

एक है दिमाग से नॉलेज के आधार पर सम्बन्ध को याद करना और दूसरा है दिल से उस सम्बन्ध के स्नेह में , लव में लीन हो जाना….आधा तो करते हो बाकी आधा रह जाता है इसलिए थोड़ा समय तो ठीक रहते हो , थोड़े समय के बाद सिर्फ दिमाग से ही सम्बन्ध को याद करते हो तो दिमाग मे दूसरी बात आने से दिल बदल जाता है ,फिर मेहनत करनी पड़ती है….ऐसे में कहते है हमने याद तो किया ,परमात्मा हमारा कम्पेनियन है लेकिन कम्पेनियन ने तोड़ तो निभाई नही , अनुभव तो कुछ हुआ नही… क्यों ? क्योंकि.ये दिमाग से याद किया , दिल मे स्नेह को समाया नही।

याद दिमाग से होती है तो निकलती भी जल्दी है लेकिन दिल मे समाई हुई याद को चाहे सारी दुनिया भी दिल से निकालना चाहे तो भी नही निकाल सकते। हर सम्बन्ध को स्नेह से , दिल से अनुभव करो.. जिस समय , जिस सम्बन्ध की आवश्यकता है उसी प्रमाण दिल से याद करो जैसे आवश्यकता है फ्रेंड की और याद करो बाप के रूप में तो मज़ा नही आएगा । स्नेह से जिस सम्बन्ध की अनुभूति चाहिए, उसे दिल से अनुभव करो तो मेहनत भी नही लगेगी , बोर भी नही होंगे, सदा मनोरंजन होता रहेगा।

अब मेहनत से निकलो। अपने स्वमान तो देखो, परमात्मा का कितना प्यार है आप सबसे प्यार है तब तो पत्र लिखते है अर्थात मुरली में उत्तर भी देते है और याद प्यार भी देते है,अगर कोई क्वेश्चन उठता है , कोई समस्या सामने आती है ,आप सोचते हो और सूक्ष्म वतन के कम्प्यूटर में आ जाता है तो मुरली से आपको रेस्पॉन्स मिलता है। बेहद के पत्र में सबके क्वेश्चन का उत्तर होता है सिर्फ दूसरे दिन की मुरली को उस विधि से देखो कि जो मैंने सोचा उसका उत्तर क्या है ?

परम आत्मा की महिमा ही है मुश्किल को सहज करने वाले, ऐसा बाप आपके साथ है साथी के रूप में तो कोई मुश्किल हो सकती है? फिर क्यों मुश्किल करते हो? बाप स्वयं आफर करते है कि जिस समय जैसा सम्बन्ध चाहिए वैसे रूप में साथी बनाओँ फिर भी किनारा कर देते हो और कहते हो कि बोरिंग लाइफ हो गई है अकेलापन फील होता है , श्रेष्ठ जीवन साधारण जीवन अनुभव होता है , कुछ चेंज चाहिए। वैसे तो एक तरफ बाप को खुश करने के लिए कहते है कि हम तो कम्बाइंड है और फिर दूसरी तरफ कहते है अकेले हो गए हैं । कम्बाइंड कभी अकेला और बोर हो सकता है क्या? ज्ञान सागर को दिल से कम्पेनियन नही बनाया है क्या ?

कितना भी गहरा काला बादल सूर्य की रोशनी को छिपाने वाला हो लेकिन आपके पास ऑटोमैटिक डायरेक्ट परमात्म लाइट का कनेक्शन है सिर्फ चेक करो कि लाइन कलीयर है या कोई लीकेज है। डायरेक्ट लाइन में इतनी लाइट है कि स्वयं तो लाइट में होंगे ही लेकिन औरों के लिए भी लाइट हाउस हो जाएंगे। बाप से मिले अपने स्वमान और प्राप्तियों की स्मृति के स्विच ऑन करो तो अंधकार भाग जाएगा। जब सहारे को और अनुभव को किनारे कर देते हो तो मेहनत करनी पड़ती है ।

मार्ग मेहनत का नही है लेकिन हाई वे की बजाय गलियों में चले जाते हो व मंज़िल के निशाने से आगे बढ़ जाते हो तो लौटने की मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। परमात्मा स्नेह और सहयोग से मंज़िल की ओर लेकर जा रहे है फिर भी साथी को छोड़ देते हो। बाप के लव में लीन हो जाओ , लवलीन होकर हर कार्य करो तो मेहनत समाप्त हो जाये।

Sweet children, constantly remember that our Baba is the Father, the Teacher and also the Satguru. To remember this means to be “Manmanabhav”.

Question:

What is the first mistake you make when the dust of Maya gets in your eyes?

Answer:

The first mistake Maya has you make is that you stop studying. You forget that God is teaching you. It is a wonder that the Father’s own children stop studying the Father’s teachings. This knowledge is such that you should constantly be dancing with internal happiness. However, the influence of Maya is no less; she makes you stop studying. To stop studying means to be absent.

Dharna:

1. Remove any attachment you have from everything you see with your eyes. Only look at the one Father. In order to purify your attitude, don’t let your attention be drawn to dirty bodies even slightly.

2. Study well and also teach this unique and true knowledge that the Father teaches you. Never miss this study.

Blessing:

May you constantly experience the Father’s hand of blessings on your head and become a master destroyer of obstacles.

Ganesh is called the Destroyer of Obstacles. Those who have all powers can become destroyers of obstacles. Use each power according to the need at that time and no obstacle will then be able to stay. No matter how many forms Maya takes just remain knowledge-full. A knowledge-full soul can never be defeated by Maya. When you have BapDada’s hand of blessings on your head, the tilak of victory has been applied. God’s hand and His company make you a destroyer of obstacles.

“मीठे बच्चे – निरन्तर याद रहे कि हमारा बाबा, बाप भी है, टीचर भी है तो सतगुरू भी है, यह याद ही मनमनाभव है”

Q- माया की धूल जब आंखों में पड़ती है तो सबसे पहली ग़फलत कौन-सी होती है?

A- माया पहली ग़फलत कराती जो पढ़ाई को ही छोड़ देते। भगवान् पढ़ाते हैं, यह भूल जाता है। बाप के बच्चे ही बाप की पढ़ाई को छोड़ देते हैं, यह भी वन्डर है। नहीं तो नॉलेज ऐसी है जो अन्दर ही अन्दर खुशी में नाचते रहें, परन्तु माया का प्रभाव कोई कम नहीं है। वह पढ़ाई को ही छुड़ा देती है। पढ़ाई छोड़ी माना अबसेन्ट हुए।

Dharna

1) इन आंखों से जो कुछ दिखाई देता है, उनसे ममत्व मिटाना है, एक बाप को ही देखना है। वृत्ति को शुद्ध बनाने के लिए इन छी-छी शरीरों की तरफ जरा भी ध्यान न जाये।—–

2) बाप जो न्यारी और सत्य नॉलेज सुनाते हैं, वह अच्छी तरह पढ़नी और पढ़ानी है। पढ़ाई कभी मिस नहीं करनी है।

Vardaan

अपने मस्तक पर सदा बाप की दुआओं का हाथ अनुभव करने वाले मास्टर विघ्न-विनाशक भव—–

गणेश को विघ्न विनाशक कहते हैं। विघ्न विनाशक वही बनते जिनमें सर्व शक्तियां हैं। सर्वशक्तियों को समय प्रमाण कार्य में लगाओ तो विघ्न ठहर नहीं सकते। कितने भी रूप से माया आये लेकिन आप नॉलेजफुल बनो। नॉलेजफुल आत्मा कभी माया से हार खा नहीं सकती। जब मस्तक पर बापदादा की दुआओं का हाथ है तो विजय का तिलक लगा हुआ है। परमात्म हाथ और साथ विघ्न-विनाशक बना देता है।

What is Shrimat given in Murli?

What is Shrimat of Shiv Baba? – Here is an essence of guide book to understand. To access Hindi version, visit Shiv Baba ki 108 Shrimat.

Soul is the master of 5 senses (eyes, mouth, ears, nose and hands). It is Baba’s shrimat to control these senses – this is RajYog (Yog with ParamAtma/Supreme soul, through which a soul become a master of all its senses)

Baba always says, “Children, follow Shrimat.” So what is the Shrimat (advice of Godfather Shiv)?

Shrimat is not a set of rules but a system or way of living in the world without any type of violence. There are 2 types of violence:

1. Physical violence: Hurting someone’s body with a stick or so.

2. Lust violence: Hurting the soul with the vice of lust/impurity.

”Lust is your greatest enemy” – God says. This vice took away your kingdom, took away peace from life. Hence the first shrimat of Shiv baba is: ”Become Pure”. Brahmacharya means only physical celibacy. But Baba teahes ”complete celibacy.”

Shrimat is advice of Shiv baba. ‘Shri’ itself means ‘best or most elevated’.

It takes a lot of wisdom to be able to do this. It also keeps us from creating more karmic debts. Deep knowledge and Yoga is for settling our debts, which is what we really want. This is why Brahma Baba’s life was so incredible. Each and every action had wisdom behind it. His life teaches us how to live, how to dance the beauty of life.

Through the study of Raja Yoga Meditation we souls become familiar with ‘matt'(some directions) matters that is –
1. MANMAT – The dictates/directions of one’s own mind
2. PARMAT – The dictates/directions of someone else’s mind
3. SHRIMAT – The elevated directions of God.

The Benefits of Shrimat

The sanskaras of this alokik(new birth considered after god finds you) birth are pulling us towards the land of peace. Be an observer of the self and see how, peaceful and cool you are. If you are cool you automatically have love for God. When water. boils steam comes out. When the thoughts boil and bubble out of the mind, what state would the soul be in and what atmosphere would it create? Baba is creating heaven, but we need to help by spreading peace throughout the whole world through the power of remembrance. People these days are afraid of dying a violent death. We shouldn’t live in fear, but we should have caution not to make mistakes or create misunderstandings. Be cautious and sensible.

This is Baba’s shrimat.

Live peacefully by remembering Baba. Sit and write down what is shrimat and what is the benefit of it. WHEN YOU FOLLOW SHRIMAT BABA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO. BABA WILL THEN PUT RIGHT LITTLE ERRORS, WHICH THE SOUL WOULDN’T NORMALLY DO.

If you are always following manmat, how can Baba help? He helps those who are honest and faithful. If you only give to support to those you are attached to, and don’t bother with anyone else, thenhow can Baba give you support ?

YOU MUSTN’T BE DEPENDENT ON ANY BODILY BEINGS.

When the soul becomes light through knowledge and yoga, you are able to fly. Seeing one bird fly, all the birds begin to fly, THEY PICK UP THE VIBRATION. Everything is dependent on the vibrations we are creating. Have vibrations filled with the power of love. Seeing me fly, others will have the desire to fly also. Shrimat makes us very light, so that we don’t need to think about anything. We don’t have to do anything else. When Baba makes us instruments, then the whole task is already accomplished. He makes us instruments so that we can create our fortune. If you make your illness an excuse, you make it a mountain by thinking about it. Let your thoughts be pure and elevated. Baba fills power in such thoughts. Everything will be dependent on those thoughts. Our attitude has to be very pure and clean.

Cleanse your sanskaras. WHATEVER YOU THINK AGAIN AND AGAIN CREATES YOUR SANSKARAS.
If your sanskaras are those of a child of God and you live to do his service, then you feel that this is your godly family. No matter how much you are engaged in service or yoga, you won’t be successful if you don’t feel that this is your godly family. They are all part of this family, all are equal to God. If you don’t do this work for Baba, of maintaining a pure vision and attitude, then you are no use to Baba. Even if someone is thinking ill of you, by giving good vibrations, you finish whatever was in souls towards you. If you can’t spread peace in a small gathering, how can you be called a peaceful soul? Sit and make your self peaceful, cool and sweet. Your tone should always be very sweet and lovely. Drink nectar and give it to others. People live in fear, but we live in comfort with no fear and no grudges towards anyone. A feeling of having a grudge won’t allow you to have love for God, to belong to God or to feel that He is your companion.

Shiv Baba’s Shrimat makes us BK souls pass with honors all the exam papers of life easily.

If i really want to ‘ Pass with Honors ‘ let me concentrate on all the 4 subjects -* My personal study – GYAN,* My obedience to inculcation – DHARNA,* My surrendered intellect for service – SEVA,* And above all my constant attention on Baba’s sweet remembrance – YAAD .

None but ONE Shivbaba! One support, One faith, One trust in BABA alone – Ek BABA Doosra Na Koi !!

.“मीठे बच्चे – बाप जो सुनाते हैं, वह तुम्हारे दिल पर छप जाना चाहिए, तुम यहाँ आये हो सूर्यवंशी घराने में ऊंच पद पाने, तो धारणा भी करनी है”

Q- सदा रिफ्रेश रहने का साधन क्या है?

A- जैसे गर्मी में पंखे चलते हैं तो रिफ्रेश कर देते हैं, ऐसे सदा स्वदर्शन चक्र फिराते रहो तो रिफ्रेश रहेंगे। बच्चे पूछते हैं – स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनने में कितना समय लगता है? बाबा कहते – बच्चे, एक सेकण्ड। तुम बच्चों को स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी जरूर बनना है क्योंकि इससे ही तुम चक्रवर्ती राजा बनेंगे। स्वदर्शन चक्र फिराने वाले सूर्यवंशी बनते हैं।

Dharana

1) एक बाप के संग से स्वयं को पारसबुद्धि बनाना है। सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी बनना है। कुसंग से दूर रहना है।—–

2) सदा इसी खुशी में रहना है कि हम स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी सो नई दुनिया के मालिक चक्रवर्ती बनते हैं। शिवबाबा आये हंी हमें ज्ञान सूर्यवंशी बनाने। हमारा लक्ष्य ही यह है।

निमित्त कोई भी सेवा करते बेहद की वृत्ति द्वारा वायब्रेशन फैलाने वाले बेहद सेवाधारी भव—–

अब बेहद परिवर्तन की सेवा में तीव्र गति लाओ। ऐसे नहीं कर तो रहे हैं, इतना बिजी रहते हैं जो टाइम ही नहीं मिलता। लेकिन निमित्त कोई भी सेवा करते बेहद के सहयोगी बन सकते हो, सिर्फ वृत्ति बेहद में हो तो वायब्रेशन फैलते रहेंगे। जितना बेहद में बिजी रहेंगे तो जो ड्युटी है वह और ही सहज हो जायेगी। हर संकल्प, हर सेकण्ड श्रेष्ठ वायब्रेशन फैलाने की सेवा करना ही बेहद सेवाधारी बनना है।

Sweet children, first of all, grind this mantra very firmly into everyone: You are a soul. You have to remember the Father. It is only by having remembrance that your sins will be cut away.

Question:

What is the real service that you now do?

Answer:

To make Bharat that has become impure pure is real service. When people ask how you are serving Bharat, tell them that, according to shrimat, you are doing spiritual service of Bharat through which it becomes double crowned. You are establishing the peace and prosperity that used to exist in Bharat.

Dharna:

1. In order to experience supersensuous joy, let there be the enthusiasm to remember Baba internally. Remember the Father with interest while walking and moving around, not by force. Remove your intellect from everyone else and connect it to the One.

2. Just as the Father is the Ocean of Love, so, become an ocean of love, the same as the Father. Uplift everyone. Stay in remembrance of the Father and remind everyone of the Father.

Blessing:

May you become an embodiment of remembrance by being a destroyer of attachment and thereby finishing all name and trace of sorrow and peacelessness.

Those who constantly stay in the awareness of One make their stage constant and stable (ekras). To have a constant and stable stage means to experience the sweetness (ras) of all relationships and all attainments from the One. Those who make the Father belong to them in all relationships and remain embodiments of remembrance easily become destroyers of attachment. Those who are destroyers of attachment cannot feel any waves of sorrow in earning money, in looking after their wealth or in anyone becoming ill. A destroyer of attachment means to have no name or trace of sorrow or peacelessness; to be constantly carefree.
