1.  अपने दिन का आरम्भ परमात्मा की याद से करें अमृतवेला योग तथा नुमाशाम योग कभी मिस न करें। 24 घंटे मे कम से कम 4 घंटे याद मे रहने का पुरूषार्थ अवश्य करें। समय की समीपता को देखते हुए याद का पुरूषार्थ अति आवश्यक है । Use: RajYog resources

2.  प्रतिदिन कम से कम 30 मिनट मौन का अभ्यास करें। मौन की शक्ति का विशेष अनुभव करें ।

3. प्रति दिन ईश्वरीय ग्यान की मुरली अवश्य सुनें अथवा पढ़े तथा अपना अमूल्य समय ग्यान के मनन चिन्तन मे व्यतीत करें। Refer: What is Murli?

4.  सम्पर्क संबंध मे आने वाली आत्माओं के साथ परमात्म-ज्ञान संबंधी चर्चा करें। सभी को ज्ञान-दान अवश्य देना है।

6.  प्रतिदिन कम से कम तीन लोगों के चेहरे पर मुस्कान लाने की कोशिश करें। खुशियों का प्रभू प्रसाद सबको बांटे ।

7.  व्यर्थ बातों मे अपनी ऊर्जा व्यर्थ न गँवाए ।

8.  अतीत की परेशानियों को भूल जायें। अतीत की गलतियों को अपने साथियों को याद न दिलायें। अतीत के कारण अपना वर्तमान नष्ट न करें ।

9.  अनुभव कीजिये कि जीवन एक पाठशाला है और आप यहां सीखने के लिये आये हैं, जो समस्याएं आप यहाँ देखते हैं, वे पाठ्यक्रम का हिस्सा हैं ।

10.  परमात्मा की याद मे भोजन बनाएं तथा परमात्मा शिव पिता को भोग स्वीकार कराने के पश्चात परमात्मा की याद मे भोजन स्वीकार करें। इससे आत्मा को विशेष शक्ति का अनुभव होगा ।

11.  दूसरों से ईर्ष्या व घृणा करने में अपना समय व ऊर्जा बर्बाद न करें। सर्व आत्माओं को अपना समझे और उनकी कमजोरियों पर ध्यान न दें बल्कि उनको अपना स्नेह व सहयोग देकर उनकी कमियों को मिटाने का प्रयास करें ।

12. आपको जितना समय मिले उसे परमात्मा की याद मे , स्व पुरूषार्थ मे तथा सेवा मे सफल करें। Refer: Four Subjets

13.  अपने जीवन की तुलना दूसरों से न करें। आप विशेष आत्मा हैं। आपको विशेष पार्ट मिला है अतः अपने पार्ट पर ध्यान देकर अपना भाग्य बनाएँ।

14.  भूल होने पर तुरंत शिवबाबा से क्षमा माँगे तथा आगे के लिए कभी भूल न करने की प्रतिज्ञा करें ।

15. बाप समान क्षमाशील बन भूल करने वालों को क्षमा करना।

16. समय का सदुपयोग करना है… समय गंवाना अर्थात अपना भाग्य गंवाना अतः समय के एक एक क्षण का महत्व समझना है। Class: समय का महत्व

17. समस्या स्वरूप नही समाधान स्वरूप बनें। हर समस्या को शांति पूर्वक सुलझाने का प्रयास करना है। परिस्थिति आने पर तंग नही होना है ।

18. स्व प्रसंशा की इच्छा कभी नही रखनी है बल्कि दूसरों की प्रसंशा कर उन्हें आगे बढ़ाना है। निस्वार्थ भाव से सेवा करनी है ।

Today's Murli Essence 31 May

Essence from today’s gyan murli of Shiv baba, on behalf of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Godly University. Date: 31 May 2019.

Sweet children, now that you have found Allah, you have to put yourselves the right way up, that is, you have to consider yourselves to be souls. To consider yourself to be a body means to become upside down.

Question:

By understanding which one aspect can you develop unlimited disinterest?

Answer:

The old world is now hopeless; it is to become a graveyard. Once you understand this aspect, you can develop unlimited disinterest. You understand that the new world is now being established. The whole old world is to be sacrificed in this sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra. It is by understanding this one aspect that you will be able to develop unlimited disinterest. Your heart has now moved away from this graveyard.

Dharna:

1. Just as the Father speaks directly to you souls, in the same way, have the faith that each of you is a soul. Remove any attachment from this graveyard. Develop such sanskars that you never have to repent for your actions.

2. Because the Father is stable on the predestined drama, He never blames anyone and He even uplifts those who insult Him. Become similar to the Father in this. No one can be blamed in this drama. It is created accurately.

Blessing:

May you be a master bestower who sows the seeds of your good wishes in all souls.

Do not wait for the fruit, but continue to sow the seeds of your good wishes in every soul. At the right time, all souls definitely have to awaken. Even if someone is causing opposition, you must not let go of your merciful feelings; this opposition, insults and defamation will work like fertilizer and bear good fruits. To the extent that they defame you, they will accordingly sing your praise and this is why you, as a master bestower, must continue to give to every soul through your attitude, vibrations and words.

“मीठे बच्चे – तुम्हें अभी अल्लाह मिला है तो सुल्टे बनो अर्थात् अपने आपको आत्मा समझो, देह समझना ही उल्टा बनना है”

Q- किस एक बात को समझने वाले बेहद के वैरागी बन सकते हैं?

A- पुरानी दुनिया अब होपलेस है, कब्रिस्तान बनना है, यह बात समझ ली तो बेहद के वैरागी बन सकते हैं। तुम जानते हो अब नई दुनिया स्थापन हो रही है। इस रूद्र ज्ञान यज्ञ में सारी पुरानी दुनिया स्वाहा होनी है। यही एक बात तुम्हें बेहद का वैरागी बना देगी। तुम्हारी दिल इस कब्रिस्तान से निकल गई है।

Dharna

1) जैसे बाप डायरेक्ट आत्माओं से बात करते हैं, ऐसे स्वयं को आत्मा निश्चय करना है। इस कब्रिस्तान से ममत्व निकाल देना है। ऐसे संस्कार धारण करने हैं जो कभी कर्म कूटने न पड़े।—–

2) जैसे बाप ड्रामा पर अटल होने कारण किसी को भी दोष नहीं देते, गाली देने वाले अपकारियों पर भी उपकार करते, ऐसे बाप समान बनना है। इस ड्रामा में किसी का दोष नहीं, यह एक्यूरेट बना हुआ है।

Vardaan

सर्व आत्माओं में अपनी शुभ भावना का बीज डालने वाले मास्टर दाता भव—–

फल का इन्तजार न कर आप अपनी शुभ भावना का बीज हर आत्मा में डालते चलो। समय पर सर्व आत्माओं को जगना ही है। कोई आपोजीशन भी करता है तो भी आपको रहम की भावना नहीं छोड़नी है, यह आपोजीशन, इनसल्ट, गालियां खाद का काम करेंगी और अच्छा फल निकलेगा। जितना गाली देते हैं उतना गुण गायेंगे, इसलिए हर आत्मा को अपनी वृत्ति द्वारा, वायब्रेशन द्वारा, वाणी द्वारा मास्टर दाता बन देते चलो।

शिव बाबा को कैसे याद करे?

प्रश्न: शिवबाबा को कहाँ, कैसे याद करें इसको स्पष्ट करें क्योंकि बाबा कभी कहते है मुझे ऊपर याद करो और कभी कहते मैं नीचे आ गया हूँ।
Question: How to Remember Shiv Baba? Please clarify because sometimes Baba tells in Murli that remember me in Paramdham (silent home) and sometimes tells that I have now come here. So where to remember and How?

उत्तर (Answer):

मुरली में बाबा ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जब बाबा साकार तन में प्रवेश हो सन्मुख मुरली चला रहे हैं तभी मुझे उस तन में याद करना है। पहले शरीर जरुर याद आएगा क्योंकि बड़ी चीज याद करने में सहज है और उस आत्मा का आधार है, उससे ही आत्मा के गुण व कर्तव्य साकार में प्रकट होते हैं परन्तु उस देह में उपस्थित देही याने आत्मा को ही वैल्यू देनी है क्योंकि करावनहार तो अविनाशी चैतन्य आत्मा ही है । बाबा ने कई बार यह भी स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि ब्रह्मा तन में अवतरित मुझ निराकार को याद करो क्योंकि देह को याद करने से विकर्म विनाश नहीं होगा उसमें स्थित ज्योति बिंदु परमात्मा को याद करने से ही होगा ।

राजयोग की सही विधि अनुसार हमें स्वयं को निराकार ज्योतिबिंदु आत्मा समझ उस निराकार ज्योतिबिंदु परम आत्मा (सभी आत्माओ के बाप व पिता) को स्नेहयुक्त होकर याद करना है। स्नेह अथवा निःस्वार्थ प्रेम ( unconditional love ) का ही दूसरा नाम याद है । जहाँ सच्चा प्रेम नहीं वहाँ सच्ची याद भी नहीं हो सकती। Refer: परमात्मा का परिचय

जब बाबा सम्मुख साकार में नहीं हैं तो उन्हें परमधाम में ही याद करना है । परमधाम तो है ही निराकारी दुनिया वहाँ तो निराकारी स्वरुप में ही याद करना है यह तो understood है।

सूक्ष्म वतन है आकरी दुनिया, फरिश्तों की दुनिया वहाँ पर सूक्ष्म शरीर में निराकार को याद करना हैं। Refer: तीन दुनिया

सार रूप में बाबा जब सम्मुख हैं तो साकार में निराकार को याद करें नहीं तो परमधाम में , सूक्ष्म वतन में आकार में निराकार को याद करें और परमधाम में डायरेक्ट निराकार को याद करें।

जिस स्वरुप में परमात्मा को याद करते हैं स्वयं को भी उसी चोले में अर्थात स्वरुप में देखना है परन्तु चाहे कोई भी चोला हो या सम्बन्ध हो उस चोले में उपस्थित चैतन्य आत्मा की स्मृति नहीं भूलनी चाहिए नहीं तो आत्मा का पक्का कनेक्शन परमात्मा से नहीं जुड़ेगा और याद का बल भी जैसा और जितना मिलना चाहिए वैसा और उतना नहीं मिलेगा । ओम शांति…

Navratri Spiritual Significance

Navratri has been celebrated in entire Bharat (present India) since ancient time. Devi is worshiped for nine days and some devotees (Bhakt) observe fast during these nine days. There are different rituals however in north, south, east and west regions of India. The words used to describe this occasion are different but the purpose is common – worship of the feminine power (Devi Shakti) and a celebration of the victory of the good or evil, victory of truth over false, of knowledge over ignorance and of Dharma (righteousness) over Adharma (unrighteousness)

The word “Navaratri” means “nine nights” when Mother Goddess Shakti is worshiped in nine different forms mentioned and explained in this article.

This festival is observed twice a year, once in the beginning of summer (March/April) and again at the onset of winter (September/October)

Mother Goddess Shakti is worshiped in her various forms as Maha Durga, Maha Lakshmi and Maha Saraswati. Each of the three deities give rise to three more forms representing the finer meaning of each form. Hence in all, these nine forms are known as Navdurga or MahaShakti.

The nine powers can also relates to the 7 virtues of soul and the 8 powers. In below nine forms discussion, Mamma relates to Mateshwari Jagadamba (World Mother)

SARASWATI

The Goddess of Knowledge – Mamma listened to the Knowledge (murli) from Shiv Baba and imbibed it and played the Sitar of Knowledge, and inspired everyone through her own inculcation (dharna), and brought realization to all.

JAGADAMBA

Goddess of Fullfilment – giving love and bestowing eternal blessing of peace and happiness. The one who fulfills everyone’s wishes.

DURGA

Goddess of Shakti – who takes power from Shiva and removes all weaknesses (durgunn) within the self, and also helps to remove weaknesses of others. Refer: 8 powers of Soul

KALI

Goddess of Fearlessness – who is fearless and courageous and destroys all negativity, evil and devilish personality traits.

GAYATRI

Goddess of Auspicious Omens – Mamma gave importance to the elevated versions spoken by Shiv Baba and used each version as a mantra and this is why there is importance of Gayatri mantra, which works like magic to remove all bad omens.

VAISHNAVI

Goddess of Purity – who radiates light of purity and empowers all to become divine through pure vision, pure thoughts, pure words and deeds.

UMA

Goddess of Enthusiasm (Umang) – who brings hope, zeal and enthusiasm (umang/utsaha).

SANTOSHI

Goddess of Contentment – The one who brings a feeling of deep contentment.

LAKSHMI

Goddess of Wealth – The one who bestows upon souls the unlimited Wealth of spiritual knowledge and virtues.

Sweet children, become as merciful as the Father. Merciful children liberate everyone from sorrow and do the service of making impure ones pure.

Question:

What is it that the whole world desires, which no one but the Father can fulfill?

Answer:

The whole world wants to receive peace and happiness. The Father comes on hearing the call of all the children. Baba is unlimited and this is why He has a lot of concern about how His children can become happy from unhappy. Baba says: Children, the old world is Mine. All are My children and I have come to liberate everyone from their sorrow. I am the Master of the whole world. I have to make it pure from impure.

Dharna:

1. Become as merciful as the Father. Liberate everyone from sorrow and do the service of making impure ones pure. In order to become pure, have a lot of love for the one Father.

2. The Father says: Those who cry lose out. This is why you must not cry in any situation.

Blessing:

May you become a completely pure and clean soul who thereby becomes supremely worthy of worship and claims a right to God’s love.

Always have this awareness in your life: I am a worthy-of-worship soul who is seated in the temple of this body. Such worthy-of-worship souls are loved by all. Even their non-living images are loved by all. Even though people may fight among themselves, they would have love for the idols because those idols have purity in them. So, ask yourself: Have my mind and intellect become completely clean and pure? There isn’t the slightest uncleanliness mixed in them, is there? Those who are completely pure in this way have a right to God’s love.

Slogan:

Inculcate the treasures of knowledge into yourself and perform every act at every moment with understanding for only then would you be a knowledgeable soul.

Q- सारी दुनिया की मांग क्या है? जो बाप के सिवाए कोई पूरी नहीं कर सकता?

A- सारी दुनिया की मांग है शान्ति और सुख मिले। सभी बच्चों की पुकार सुनकर बाप आते हैं। बाबा बेहद का है इसलिए उसे बहुत फुरना है कि मेरे बच्चे कैसे दु:खी से सुखी बनें। बाबा कहते – बच्चे, पुरानी दुनिया भी मेरी है, मेरे ही सब बच्चे हैं, मैं आया हूँ सबको दु:खों से छुड़ाने। मैं सारी दुनिया का मालिक हूँ, इसे मुझे ही पतित से पावन बनाना है।

Dharna

1) बाप समान रहमदिल बनना है। सबको दु:खों से छुड़ा कर पतित से पावन बनाने की सेवा करनी है। पावन बनने के लिए एक बाप से बहुत-बहुत लॅव रखना है।—–

2) बाप कहते हैं जिन रोया तिन खोया इसलिए कैसी भी परिस्थिति हो तुम्हें रोना नहीं है।

Vardaan

परमपूज्य बन परमात्म प्यार का अधिकार प्राप्त करने वाले सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छ आत्मा भव—–

सदा ये स्मृति जीवन में लाओ कि मैं पूज्य आत्मा इस शरीर रूपी मन्दिर में विराजमान हूँ। ऐसी पूज्य आत्मा ही सर्व की प्यारी है। उनकी जड़ मूर्ति भी सबको प्यारी लगती है। कोई आपस में भल झगड़ते हों लेकिन मूर्ति को प्यार करेंगे क्योंकि उनमें पवित्रता है। तो अपने आपसे पूछो मन-बुद्धि सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छ बनी है, जरा भी अस्वच्छता मिक्स तो नहीं है? जो ऐसे सम्पूर्ण स्वच्छ हैं वही परमात्म प्यार के अधिकारी हैं।
